I’m always a little careful when ordering parts online, so I checked everything as soon as it arrived. Thankfully, the parts matched exactly what I ordered and there weren’t any issues

"Pretty good deal on Honda OEM parts"
I needed a couple OEM Honda parts and ended up finding them on hondapartsguys.com for less than what my local dealer quoted me. Shipping was reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. I’m guessing they must have better supplier pricing or something, because the total came out better than I expected. Overall, it felt like a solid deal and I’d probably use them again next time I need Honda parts.

"Return took longer than it should have"
The parts themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the return process dragged on longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like I had to keep nudging them before anything actually moved. The refund did come through after a few emails, so it wasn’t a disaster, but they definitely could make that whole process smoother.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered a part from Honda Parts Guys thinking it would get here in a reasonable amount of time, and wow, that was frustrating. The tracking barely moved, and for days I was just sitting there wondering where my order even was.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already behind on getting the car fixed. The part itself may have been fine, but the shipping experience was bad enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.
